What to Expect

During our initial call, I will start by asking for certain information that will help me screen your case. This will include your full name, any other litigants' full names, the location of your court case, and any upcoming court dates.

If I am able to assist you, I will follow up with our initial conversation with an email offering a scope of services, hourly rate, and retainer deposit amount for you to consider. If you choose to hire me, retainers can be paid through my online client portal with a credit or debit card.

In many instances, I will not be able to offer my help. There are a variety of reasons I may need to turn down a case. Because some of these reasons include confidential conflicts of interest, as a general policy, I do not offer explanations when I decline representation. Please be assured that I consider each case carefully and only offer my services when it is ethical to do so and I believe I can be helpful to the situation.
